Great Grandparents

Last weekend, Mark spoke at "Glorietta On The Gulf". It was held at FBC Biloxi. Since he would be on the coast, we all tagged along with him so that we could visit my grandparents. Friday night we went to see Me Me and Grandpa Frank (or as Spencer called him, Grandpa FRIEND!!). It had been over a year since Cole and Molly had seen Me Me at my Paw Paw's funeral. Spencer hadn't seen them in even longer. They enjoyed their visit. It was fun to see Grandpa laughing as he watched the kids play and be silly.






On Saturday, we went to see Maw Maw. This was quite an adventure...especially for Spencer. Maw Maw stays with my parents a pretty good bit. When we go to my parents, Maw Maw is usually there too. Because of this, Spencer thinks that Maw Maw lives at their house. He was really amazed to see that she actually has a home of her own!!! After leaving Maw Maw's, I went to the cemetery for the first time since my Paw Paw died. It was much harder and more emotional for me than I anticipated!!!




After leaving the coast, we visited my parents and Mark's parents. My kids where able to see all of their living GREAT grandparents except Mark's grandpa AND they saw their grandparents all in one weekend!! What a great memory.
